Aged on lees for 3 years, this wine offers layered and complex flavors. Juicy ripe pear and jasmine tea meet aromas of dewy, coastal fog and Parmesan rind.  Ripe fruit with an underlying minerality meet on the palate and finish with a lingering maritime saltiness. Ⓥ

This Pinot Noir showcases aromas of ripe red cherry, bramble, strawberry, and rhubarb with subtle notes of graham cracker and thyme. Red  fruit carries through the mid palate, with a lingering mouthfeel, finishing with a slight tannin. This elegant, fresh wine, containing no added sulfur, is meant to be enjoyed young, while fresh.  Ⓥ

 Aged in terracotta and stainless steel, the 2023 Sylvaner offers layered and complex flavors. On the nose, river rock, salty ocean air and seagrass mingle with ripe pear and a slight note of almond liqueur. Notes of pear and tangerine carry through the palate, where the fruit meets a slight tannin structure and carries equally through to a lingering finish. Ⓥ

Introducing our 2024 Sémillon. Sémillon is a grape that is highly adaptable to a range of vineyard climates, from warm to cool. Aromatics of bright tangerine and candied ginger present in the foreground while dewy beach grass lingers in the background. Forward fruit showcasing grilled lemon and refreshing orange citrus transfer through and linger on the finish. Ⓥ

Aromas of green apple, lime zest, and seaside coastal spray with a hint of oyster shell meet the herbal freshness of fennel fronds, rounding out the nose of our 2024 Pinot Blanc. Bright, balanced acidity, along with a creaminess and a slight note of macadamia nut, lingers through the clean, slightly textural finish. This wine captures the senses of the Oregon coast.   Ⓥ

The 2023 Discovery series Rosé of Gewurztraminer has lush aromatics of apricot nectar, white tea and satsuma zest with a subtle undertone of fresh herbal sage. Similar notes carrying through to the pallet, along with blood orange and textual full mouth feel with a lingering dry finish. This wine is an excellent choice for a warm summer day.  Ⓥ

Introducing our 2023 Noble Blend, Edelzwicker wine, an expression of Alsatian white grapes. Very bright and mineral driven, floral and warming spices come together with notes of petrichor, fresh apple, spruce tip and herbal tomato leaf. Candied tangerine adds to these notes into the palate with forward fruit carrying to the long lingering finish. Ⓥ

Our 2024 Edelzwicker displays layered aromatics, with fruit experienced differently on front, mid and back palate. The finish is clean, lingering softly, while lifting off the palate. On the nose, juicy peach, jasmine and herbal note while mint and nasturtium flowers mingle in the background. On the palate, a saltiness, orange blossom and a minerality akin to the fresh first rain of the season all greet the taste buds. A textural component, similar to orange peel, subtly linger. Ⓥ
