On the nose, toasted brioche and honeydew come together with Asian pear and yuzu.  On the palate, mouthwatering acid and bubbly minerality balance the pear and yuzu.  Accented with radish shoot and white mushroom, this wine has a lingering long finish with a touch of creme caramel.  Ⓥ

A medley of pomegranate, cranberry and red raspberry intertwine with spruce tips and dewy forest moss to create the aromatics in our 2021 Old Vine Pinot Noir.  Elegant red cherry shows through to the mid palate, highlighting this traditional old world blend of Pinot Noir clones. Ⓥ

Fresh air and dewy cool grass, red apple and bosc pear intermingle with flint and toast to give our Upper Slope Chardonnay a distinctive nose. On the palate, a similarity to the nose and a prominent burst of mineral spring on the tongue gives a uniqueness to the palate. Due to its specific location in the vineyard, this wine will age nicely in the bottle for several vintages.  Ⓥ

This Chablis style Chardonnay displays forward aromas of white florals, star fruit and zested yuzu while grounded by a chalky minerality. Similar notes carry through to the mid palate with balanced acidity through the finish. Ⓥ

With a naturally cooler growing season at our Wirtz Vineyard, this 2021 Pinot Noir showcases beautiful aromatics and elegance on the palate. On the nose, tart forest berries, fresh spruce tips and baking spices meet cedar and clove, reminiscent of pipe tobacco. On the palate, bright cranberry, citrus notes of orange peel and grapefruit zest come together with a hint of soy, bringing length and lingering, dusty tannins. Ⓥ

Spiced cedar, black tea, and rose petal with a note of wild strawberry greet the nose on our 2022 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir.  Brambly red fruit and black pepper join for a savory umami quality.  Ⓥ

This Chablis style Chardonnay displays forward aromas of green apple, Meyer lemon zest and subtle star anise while grounded by a chalky minerality and subtle oak influence. On the palate, bright sea salted lemon and a savory component of chive balance the fruit and compliment the balanced finish.   Ⓥ

With a naturally cooler growing season at our Wirtz Vineyard, our 2022 unfiltered Pinot Noir showcases beautiful aromatics and elegance on the palate. On the nose, framboise and bright cherry meet subtle hints of weathered leather, tarragon and cocoa. A medley of red fruit integrated, yet prominent tannins, making for an exceptional food wine, pairing especially with charcuterie.  Ⓥ

This filtered Pinot Gris comes from older vine plantings at our Wirtz vineyard. On the nose, notes of kumquat, orange peel, and fragrant hibiscus are followed by softer aromatics of flint and a lingering coastal breeze. On the palate, delicate white tea and a savory note of soft white miso carry through to a lingering finish of honey-crisp apple and Asian pear. Ⓥ
