Aged in Italian terra-cotta clay vessels, this wine offeres layered and complex flavors. Notes of lime leaf, turmeric, saffron, and white pepper greet the nose and come alive on the palate with bold middle eastern spices, and bright citrus notes of yuzu. The Sylvaner's time in the clay vessels gives it a tannic structure that translates into a finish that lingers. Ⓥ
Aromas of Meyers lemon zest, kumquat and honeycomb are complimented by lighter notes of toasted hazelnut and ocean mist on the nose of our 2021 Estate Pinot Blanc. Refreshing acidity and lemon citrus notes are balanced and reminiscent of a lemon salt water taffy found while wondering through a coastal town.Ⓥ
Made from aromatic white varietals, Block 23 brings bold aromas of tart peach, apricot, and lychee that give way to bright flavors of elderberry and lime. These flavors bolster a lively and refreshing acidity with beautiful notes of natural honey on the finish. Ⓥ
The Discovery Series Rosé has lush aromatics of peach tea, mango, and candied orange peel. These flavors follow onto the palate, but rather than a typical rosé experience, this wine plays with a bitterness that gives it a nuance seen in some cocktail bitters such as an Old Fashioned. A tea-like tannic structure leads to a gently lasting finish of tart strawberries and minerality. Ⓥ
Bright mushroom, wild violet, and spicy pine combine on the nose of our 2021 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir, to produce a feeling of a brisk hike through a Pacific Northwest forest. On the palate, mouthwatering pomegranate with a hint of nori are balanced with soft tannins and a lingering warmth on the finish.Ⓥ
This First Pick Riesling highlights aromatic notes of tart lime, honeyed papaya with a soft expression of Thai basil and macadamia nut, classic characteristics of Botrytis, or Noble Rot. On the palate, mouthwatering tropical notes of passionfruit balance salted grapefruit rind that carry through to a long mouthwatering finish. Ⓥ
Our 2020 Estate Rose of Pinot Noir produced as a sparkling brut in a can. Reminiscent of a summer cocktail, aromas of strawberry, kiwi, and basil intertwine with rose petal and cantaloupe. Pink peppercorn and chalky tannins on the palate interplay nicely with the acid of this rosé, creating a dry lift of of the back palate. Ⓥ
