This First Pick Riesling shows aromatics of a mineral quality like fresh rain falling in a forest, alongside a bubbling stream and river rock. The highlights of raw mushroom and nuttiness on the nose are classic characteristics of botrytis, or Noble rot.  On the palate, forward fruit of candied lemon peel and tangerine lend a brightness to this First Pick Riesling beautifully showcasing Oregon terroir. Ⓥ

The 2023 Discovery series Rosé of Gewurztraminer has lush aromatics of apricot nectar, white tea and satsuma zest with a subtle undertone of fresh herbal sage. Similar notes carrying through to the pallet, along with blood orange and textual full mouth feel with a lingering dry finish. This wine is an excellent choice for a warm summer day.  Ⓥ

Introducing our 2023 Noble Blend, Edelzwicker wine, an expression of Alsatian white grapes. Very bright and mineral driven, floral and warming spices come together with notes of petrichor, fresh apple, spruce tip and herbal tomato leaf. Candied tangerine adds to these notes into the palate with forward fruit carrying to the long lingering finish. Ⓥ

 Aged in terracotta and stainless steel, the 2023 Sylvaner offers layered and complex flavors. On the nose, river rock, salty ocean air and seagrass mingle with ripe pear and a slight note of almond liqueur. Notes of pear and tangerine carry through the palate, where the fruit meets a slight tannin structure and carries equally through to a lingering finish. Ⓥ

This First Pick Riesling shows aromatics of lemon peel, yuzu citrus, and elderflower with an underlying note of sage and pink peppercorn. On the palate, forward notes of candied lemon peel are complimented by salty and tart elements, balancing the bright mouthwatering acidity and showcasing the complexity of this Riesling. Ⓥ
